NOTES:
(1)
Although they have not yet approved Four Seasons sewer allocation,
they signed (and are using our tax dollars to vigorously defend) the “Settlement
Agreement”. The Settlement Agreement states the Commissioners “shall not
directly or indirectly oppose or interfere with any approval for Four Seasons”.
(2) Commissioner Koval
is asking the QAC Circuit Court to review the legality of the Settlement
Agreement.
(3) Site Plan approval
not granted by Planning Commission; Sewer was allocated outside of normal
process.

Item 4:
Building Permit Cap and Growth Management
Ordinance
The permit cap was not renewed
and is no longer in effect. A Growth Management Ordinance has NOT been
submitted by this Board to date.
Item 5:
Impact Fees and Adequate Public Facilities
Ordinance
No improvements have been
made to either of these ordinances since this Board took office. Impact
fees address only schools and fire services. APFO only addresses schools,
roads, water and sewer. No consideration has been provided for health care,
senior services, police/ambulance services, solid waste, parks, stormwater,
etc. Existing ordinances allow for substantial exceptions and mitigation,
making these existing statutes ineffective in many cases.
