re : Submission of comments on the Master Sewer and Water Plan draft

Dear Commissioners O’Donnell, Davis and McQueeney :

Many issues related to the draft Comprehensive Plan remain unresolved. Also, many questions related to the impact of increased development on traffic, finances, public safety, quality of life  and the environment remain unanswered.

In light of these circumstances, please consider delaying approval of the Master Sewer and Water Plan. It would be to the benefit of the general public and the development community to have these issues resolved and the questions answered before approval; also, the Master Sewer and Water Plan could be modified to achieve the growth objectives that will be determined during the Comprehensive Plan update process.
